Happy Productions partnered with the Human Rights Foundation (HRF) to highlight the vital work of their Art in Protest program and Flash Drives for Freedom initiative. Traveling to Washington, D.C., Miami, New York City, Korea, and Nashville, we captured the stories of artists using their work to challenge authoritarian governments and met with individuals directly impacted by oppressive regimes.
Through these powerful conversations, we showcased the courage of those fighting for freedom, particularly those involved in smuggling crucial information into North Korea via the Flash Drives for Freedom program. Our content brought these human rights issues to the forefront, shining a light on the efforts to empower those living under authoritarian rule.
By elevating the voices of artists and activists, our campaign generated widespread engagement, helping to further HRF’s mission of defending human rights and promoting freedom across the globe.
